I have been surprised by the emails lately asking about supplements. Like, when and what I take and how to take the different bcaa that are offered by @bpi_sports.

Here is my "stack" as you can call it!

In the morning I actually do 1 scoop of the Cla+ Carnitine in a large glass of water. I prefer to sip on it while I start my morning or while doing fasted cardio. The last 2 weeks or so I have added 1/2 a scoop of Best Bcaa SHREDDED to the CLA. Before leaving for the gym

I make another glass of water and use the other 1/2 of the best bcaa Shredded and a scoop of the just the Best Bcaa. These two are designed to be taken in the same day if you would like. The Shredded is best for in the morning and the best bcaa is good anytime for your body and muscles. The Shredded has ingredients in it designed to help you burn fat as fuel where the best bcaa doesn't.
