Here is a little explanation on my crazy mix of grapes and coconut. The pic on the left shows how many servings of protein, carbs, veggies, fruit, fat/oil and water I need to have everyday to reach my goals. Yesterday was my best day so far. I got a late start on my water so I knew I wasn't going to reach that goal. The ulitimate goal is to 0 all the way across!
